What counts as active staff?
Everyone currently on the team. When someone leaves, mark them as no longer active and they stop counting. Their past shifts stay in your history.
Do I need an account?
Not to build and check a week in ChatGPT. Publishing a link needs a free account, because every public link needs an owner who can change or remove it.
