Who provides it

Stratum Shifts is provided by Leandre Orsino Jack, trading as Stratum ICS, Georgetown, Guyana (“we”, “us”). By using it you agree to these terms.

What it is

Stratum Shifts builds weekly staff schedules from ChatGPT or Claude. It keeps your team and schedules, fills and checks each week, and publishes a link your staff can open. This website holds your account, plan and published links.

Accounts

• Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person per account.
• Give accurate information, including a working email address.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use Stratum Shifts for anything unlawful;
• scrape the service or published links;
• try to break, probe or get around its security;
• publish misleading schedules meant to defraud anyone.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the plans page.
• The Team plan is billed in advance by Polar, which acts as merchant of record. Prices are in US dollars, and taxes may apply.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page. You keep Team until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds follow Polar’s refund policy and applicable law.

Your content

You own what you put into Stratum Shifts. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. You are responsible for having permission to enter your staff’s details.

Availability

We aim to keep Stratum Shifts reliable, but we provide it as is, without warranties of any kind. Check a schedule before you publish it.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you are on the Free plan.

Ending

You can stop using Stratum Shifts and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. When an account is closed, its data is deleted as the privacy policy describes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Guyana.

Changes

We will give notice before a material change to these terms takes effect, by email or on this site. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
